Healthy Fruit Juices With A Jack Lalanne Juicer

There are many reasons why everyone of use should be drinking healthy fresh fruit juices on a regular basis, but the problem is that it can be quite difficult to make the juice on a daily basis. Another thing that you should always have is berries. Change the berries you use on a daily basis to make sure that you are receiving a wide enough range of antioxidants and vitamins to maintain a healthy body. You might even add some flaxseed to the juice, but in case you do remember to drink it as soon as you have made it as the flaxseed go rancid very quickly once the seed is broken.
